We were happily lucky we landed with Nick Theodor as our sales consultant. He was personable but not pushy and listened to what we were looking for. Took us for a test drive to get a feel of our wants. We zeroed in on two colors for the CRV Hybrid Sport Touring and he was patient with the time we took to decide. We felt that Nick understood that customers don't do this everyday like he does and patience makes everyone more comfortable in their choices. We ended up with a wonderful deal with a trade in and told them that a major factor was no dealer add ons that others include to pad the sale. Jack Davis from Management came in to help explain the nuances of the trade in when we had a mind block on the numbers and we also appreciate his explanations and patience. Nick even helped set up some of the car options with our preferences during delivery that same visit. We are coming back for sure when the time comes for when our daughter is ready for her car. We have been buying Hondas for more than 30 years and negotiations can be long and contentious, but not this time. Even speaking with Ken Negley from Finance was surprisingly easy.

Fred was wonderful to work with! He was very informative, personable, and made the car-buying process quick and easy. He was also incredibly patient and kind with my 4-year-old. He gave her a coloring book, and even displayed her artwork in his office. ❤️ I also somehow forgot my garage door opener in my trade-in, despite Fred reminding me three times! He made sure I got it back, even after the sale. That little gesture really showed how thoughtful and helpful he is. Highly recommend Fred!

Fantastic experience at Valley Honda. I worked with Anthony Capezio, who was friendly, low‑pressure, and incredibly responsive. He communicated however was easiest for me — text, phone, or email — and even sent a full walk‑around video of the car I was considering so I could confirm everything before stepping through the door. The entire team, from Nick the sales manager to Rose in Finance, was straightforward, transparent, and never pushed unnecessary add‑ons. While I was there, I also brought my other vehicle in for service and worked with Jose Barrera. Once again, outstanding service. I highly recommend Valley Honda for both sales and service.

I called ahead for the car I wanted. It just hit the lot and didn't even have photos. My guy, Eddie Sanchez took the call and got me taken care of as soon as I arrived to buy it. This was probably the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. This dealer isn't local to me, but I will be working with them again. Took us for a test drive to get a feel of our wants. We zeroed in on two colors for the CRV Hybrid Sport Touring and he was patient with the time we took to decide. We felt that Nick understood that customers don't do this everyday like he does and patience makes everyone more comfortable in their choices. We ended up with a wonderful deal with a trade in and told them that a major factor was no dealer add ons that others include to pad the sale. Jack Davis from Management came in to help explain the nuances of the trade in when we had a mind block on the numbers and we also appreciate his explanations and patience. Nick even helped set up some of the car options with our preferences during delivery that same visit. We are coming back for sure when the time comes for when our daughter is ready for her car. We have been buying Hondas for more than 30 years and negotiations can be long and contentious, but not this time. Even speaking with Ken Negley from Finance was surprisingly easy.

My only complaint would be that it took us about 3 and a half hours to buy a car. I would like to see this time reduced significantly. Other than that, this was a great experience. From walking in the door and being welcomed by a receptionist (instead of being assaulted by vulturous sales people) to working with my salesman Umesh, who was more interested in meeting my needs than selling me a car, to Jack Davis, the sales manager who came to me to talk price instead of the usual back-and-forth with Umesh, to signing the papers with Chris in finance (a ridiculously quick process in which he did not try to upsell me on every possible option) through delivery and help getting to know the car from Umesh, this was a delightful journey. I'm not sure how I wanted to start this review however I will start by showing my gratitude to Mr. Frederick Sims and the team that supported him through the process of my recent car purchase. I originally went in to get my car serviced and come to find out my engine suffered from a cracked head. If you read that and said "OH SNAPS!" to yourself, that's correct I shared a similar thought. I on the other hand just had a few different choice of words to say. Overall the experience was First class. At times like this I would have began to freak out in cases like this but Fred and his team executed an A1 service fast, thoroughly and efficiently. Each step of the way the team made sure my wife and I were okay and we were on the same alignment each step of the way. I went from being doubtful of being able to qualify for a new car to hopeful. Words can't begin to describe how thankful my family and I are for Fred and his amazing team. Thank you all so much for going the extra mile for us, a true blessing!

Can't say enough good things about the service department staff. Had trouble getting the headlight out (embarrassing) of my Pilot and called the dealership to see if they could fix it. Full disclosure, I also mistakenly pulled out the parking bulb before attempting the headlight and it didn't work after I put it back. I got to the dealership fully expecting to overpay for the "repair". First off, smiles all around after 7pm on a snowy night - very welcoming. Then, they used the replacement bulbs I already purchased - what??? Next, after replacing the 2 headlight bulbs (in less than 30 seconds - which added to the embarrassment), they offered to fix the parking bulb I messed with. When it was all said and done, I was in and out in about 5-7 minutes, everyone was very pleasant/nice/welcoming and the best part - my bill was $9 - I was only charged for the new bulb. These folks are fantastic! Thank you Marco Maldonado for taking the lead, Jose (I think) in the parts department and the other gentleman in the garage for the repairs. Great experience!

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Valley Honda. That says it all! If I had had a bad experience, I would not have purchased from them again. Regarding my most recent purchase…From start to finish, I was treated with respect. There was no haggling. I asked for the best and final price and got it. After that, I asked for a price for my trade-in. Again, no haggling.I had already taken my car to CarMax for a quote, and Valley Honda came back with the same price, within $100. They didn’t care if I traded in my car or not. My salesperson, Pat Malik, was outstanding. He was beyond knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He kept saying, “I want you to be happy!” and I am! The service department is the best too! I have had all my cars serviced there for routine maintenance. I cannot promote them enough. So…when you are ready to buy a Honda, don’t go anywhere, except Valley Honda, and ask for Pat Malik. He has been there for 30 years!

Anthony in the service department was kind and sympathetic when he delivered the news that my transmission was gone after 210,000 miles. He helped me into a loaner and set me up with a salesperson. Jackson and Hailey were phenomenal! Have to mention how after I made it home in my new HRV I realized I couldn't get in. My garage door opener was in the loaner. I'm not sure how I wanted to start this review however I will start by showing my gratitude to Mr. Frederick Sims and the team that supported him through the process of my recent car purchase. I originally went in to get my car serviced and come to find out my engine suffered from a cracked head. If you read that and said "OH SNAPS!" to yourself, that's correct I shared a similar thought. I on the other hand just had a few different choice of words to say. Overall the experience was First class. At times like this I would have began to freak out in cases like this but Fred and his team executed an A1 service fast, thoroughly and efficiently. Each step of the way the team made sure my wife and I were okay and we were on the same alignment each step of the way. I went from being doubtful of being able to qualify for a new car to hopeful. I sold Honda's for 13+ years at another local dealership before changing my profession to the mortgage industry in 2020. I don't want to say where because that's not what is important here...Honestly, I have never stepped foot in Valley's doors, but when I reached out to my previous dealership to flip into what would be my 12th Honda Lease from them...it was like pulling teeth to get the information I needed and was treated like a complete stranger. This place used to be like a 2nd home to me, but all that once was familiar there...was no more....I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I had a lot going on that week/weekend. I was proposing to my girlfriend, getting a new roof, and had to flip out of my lease ending all in the same weekend. So, that is when I reached out to my brother who is still in the auto industry and he referred me to Sean Aceto & Lance Linden. From the jump they exceeded my expectations. I received my quote right away and they were fully transparent with the lease figures. I completed my application online and set the deposit for a Saturday morning pick up. When I showed up the next morning, the car was detailed to perfection! I walked in and was greeted by Sean & Lance right away. Anyone who has ever purchased a vehicle on a Saturday, knows they are slammed and they were...but they had me out of there in an hour in a half tops. This is the way you run a dealership and treat your guest. Thank you for making me feel at home. I will 100% be back!

One for repair and one for accessory add-ons. She was very professional and worked with us to set-up the scheduling for both the repair and the accessory add-ons at the same time. Moreover, she communicated with us throughout the whole entire process and made sure we understood the timing, costs, and just managed our expectations so so well. Fantastic experience at Valley Honda. I worked with Anthony Capezio, who was friendly, low‑pressure, and incredibly responsive. He communicated however was easiest for me — text, phone, or email — and even sent a full walk‑around video of the car I was considering so I could confirm everything before stepping through the door. The entire team, from Nick the sales manager to Rose in Finance, was straightforward, transparent, and never pushed unnecessary add‑ons. I have bought my 4th brand new Honda from Valley Honda. The last two were with Jared Barrera. Overall, the experience is exceptional. The buying process was stress free and they are very receptive about reasonable requests and pricing. I always walk away from this dealership with a new car without second guessing myself if I overpaid. Also want to get kudos to their service department and shuttle service. Extremely pleasant experience from beginning to end of the buying process. I contacted a couple of dealerships and Valley Honda were quick to respond and answered all my questions, and I did asked a lot. Everything well explained over email as well as by phone over my concerns and gave me a clear out the door price without beating around the bush haggling or been pushy which I really appreciated. Ken and Fred were very welcoming, pleasant, funny and attentive which helps a lot when you are a bit stressed when buying a car. Great finance department as well, very clear and made the experience easy and quick. Explained warranties and services offer but again without being pushy. The great reviews and awards for this dealership don't lie. Overall best experience I've had in a dealership, period!

Valley Honda is the reason I choose Honda, and FRED SIMS is the very reason I choose Valley Honda. Yes, Honda makes super cars, but Valley Honda makes a great job selling them! This is my second car within 10 months that I lease at Valley Honda, and I took 4 friends, 3 of whom bought/leased through Fred! He is the best ever sales rep one can find: he called me by my name after 10 months of time, he is like a brother, but very very professional at the same time. One 2018 Honda CRV Touring and now the most gorgeous 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid/Sports/Touring. If you are looking for one of the best, very helpful personnel and very professional at Valley Honda, John is one of them. When we first bought our CRV from Honda Valley, John had been very helpful and always keep us updated on status. And here it is, the second purchase, we looked for John and wala !!! Very smooth and no stress again !! Woo Hoo !! and we got what we really wanted. John made sure that we get what we really wanted and not just sell one that is on parking lot OR display. John showed us features in and out of the CRV. And he can even remember the comparison of our 2018 to the one that we just bought. I could not even remember all of it but John took his time to show us everything. Another good thing about John is if he is not sure about the answer, he does not make up things and he get back to us with answer which is what we really like with John. If we have questions, he answered it with ease and no doubt. Thank you John for every thing to make me and my wife with so easy and non-stressful purchase. Wonderful place!! Always helpful and ready to please their customers. We have been customers since 2008 and have never had a bad experience with them. From finance, sales, and service every employee has been the best. Umesh Kapoor, you were wonderful to work with and so kind and helpful. We want to give a shout-out to all the people in the background...the porters, service center guys, the receptionists, the people that keep the lounge area clean and the coffee hot... From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and—surprisingly—enjoyable. Even though we already knew exactly what we wanted, he made sure everything was handled seamlessly and took care of all the details. I am very happy with the final OTD price that I got my new car for. The whole process was problem free and we had a great time interacting with her. The dealership is very nicely set up for a great customer experience. Clean, comfortable, and no sales pressure. Their pricing is very fair,and I got a great deal on my trade in . The service department is incredible. Never saw anything like it. It's like an assembly line for service. In and out in no time and the work is done correctly. Even a courtesy shuttle to a restaurant while your car is being worked on. I drove 1.5 hours from home to buy my car here. It's THAT good!

Fred was wonderful to work with! He was very informative, personable, and made the car-buying process quick and easy. He was also incredibly patient and kind with my 4-year-old. He gave her a coloring book, and even displayed her artwork in his office. ❤️ I also somehow forgot my garage door opener in my trade-in, despite Fred reminding me three times!
