I had the same car for the last 17 years so I was a little nervous and he put me right at ease. There was no pressure and he held the car for me over the weekend for me to”sleep on it” for a bit. I usually walk into a dealership and immediately get angry because I know they will play games with me. Not the case with Valley Honda. Fantastic experience at Valley Honda. I worked with Anthony Capezio, who was friendly, low‑pressure, and incredibly responsive. He communicated however was easiest for me — text, phone, or email — and even sent a full walk‑around video of the car I was considering so I could confirm everything before stepping through the door. The entire team, from Nick the sales manager to Rose in Finance, was straightforward, transparent, and never pushed unnecessary add‑ons. While I was there, I also brought my other vehicle in for service and worked with Jose Barrera. Once again, outstanding service. I highly recommend Valley Honda for both sales and service.

I called ahead for the car I wanted. It just hit the lot and didn't even have photos. My guy, Eddie Sanchez took the call and got me taken care of as soon as I arrived to buy it. This was probably the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. This dealer isn't local to me, but I will be working with them again. Excellent experience. I sent a very detailed email this morning to five Honda dealerships I. The Chicago area describing exactly what I was looking for and requesting availability, OTD pricing and best offers to decide where we would go to purchase our new CR-V. Pretty simple request to make the best use of our time. Adrian not only was the only one who responded with what I had requested but did so immediately AND far exceeded the ask with a personalized video of the car, details I hadn’t requested and a clear understanding of how important the ease of buying experience was to me.

I went into Valley just to look at the HRV even though I love my 2019 Honda FIT. My son needed a newer car, so I figured my FIT would suit him and I would look for a newer car for myself. Since Honda stopped making the FIT, I always assumed the HRV was my next option but wasn't sure if I could afford it. I wanted to go back to leasing but knew it was likely a bigger payment than I wanted. Dave came back with numbers and as I braced myself for the bad news, I was shocked that it was wonderful news! I also really wanted a car in some shade of blue/teal and they had the perfect color, Nordic Pearl, in stock and ready to go. There were so many other benefits that went along with the deal, that it was the most pleasant car lease/purchase I've ever had. I even learned about their huge service department that I will be switching to even with my FIT. I'm not sure how I wanted to start this review however I will start by showing my gratitude to Mr. Frederick Sims and the team that supported him through the process of my recent car purchase. I originally went in to get my car serviced and come to find out my engine suffered from a cracked head. If you read that and said "OH SNAPS!" to yourself, that's correct I shared a similar thought. I on the other hand just had a few different choice of words to say. Overall the experience was First class. At times like this I would have began to freak out in cases like this but Fred and his team executed an A1 service fast, thoroughly and efficiently. Each step of the way the team made sure my wife and I were okay and we were on the same alignment each step of the way. I went from being doubtful of being able to qualify for a new car to hopeful. Words can't begin to describe how thankful my family and I are for Fred and his amazing team. Thank you all so much for going the extra mile for us, a true blessing!

Can't say enough good things about the service department staff. Had trouble getting the headlight out (embarrassing) of my Pilot and called the dealership to see if they could fix it. Full disclosure, I also mistakenly pulled out the parking bulb before attempting the headlight and it didn't work after I put it back. I got to the dealership fully expecting to overpay for the "repair". First off, smiles all around after 7pm on a snowy night - very welcoming. Then, they used the replacement bulbs I already purchased - what??? Next, after replacing the 2 headlight bulbs (in less than 30 seconds - which added to the embarrassment), they offered to fix the parking bulb I messed with. When it was all said and done, I was in and out in about 5-7 minutes, everyone was very pleasant/nice/welcoming and the best part - my bill was $9 - I was only charged for the new bulb. These folks are fantastic! Thank you Marco Maldonado for taking the lead, Jose (I think) in the parts department and the other gentleman in the garage for the repairs. Great experience!

I'm not sure how I wanted to start this review however I will start by showing my gratitude to Mr. Frederick Sims and the team that supported him through the process of my recent car purchase. I originally went in to get my car serviced and come to find out my engine suffered from a cracked head. If you read that and said "OH SNAPS!" to yourself, that's correct I shared a similar thought. I on the other hand just had a few different choice of words to say. Overall the experience was First class. At times like this I would have began to freak out in cases like this but Fred and his team executed an A1 service fast, thoroughly and efficiently. Each step of the way the team made sure my wife and I were okay and we were on the same alignment each step of the way. I went from being doubtful of being able to qualify for a new car to hopeful. I sold Honda's for 13+ years at another local dealership before changing my profession to the mortgage industry in 2020. I don't want to say where because that's not what is important here...Honestly, I have never stepped foot in Valley's doors, but when I reached out to my previous dealership to flip into what would be my 12th Honda Lease from them...it was like pulling teeth to get the information I needed and was treated like a complete stranger. This place used to be like a 2nd home to me, but all that once was familiar there...was no more....I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I had a lot going on that week/weekend. I was proposing to my girlfriend, getting a new roof, and had to flip out of my lease ending all in the same weekend. So, that is when I reached out to my brother who is still in the auto industry and he referred me to Sean Aceto & Lance Linden. From the jump they exceeded my expectations. I received my quote right away and they were fully transparent with the lease figures. I completed my application online and set the deposit for a Saturday morning pick up. When I showed up the next morning, the car was detailed to perfection! I walked in and was greeted by Sean & Lance right away. Anyone who has ever purchased a vehicle on a Saturday, knows they are slammed and they were...but they had me out of there in an hour in a half tops. This is the way you run a dealership and treat your guest. Thank you for making me feel at home. I will 100% be back!

One for repair and one for accessory add-ons. She was very professional and worked with us to set-up the scheduling for both the repair and the accessory add-ons at the same time. Regarding my most recent purchase…From start to finish, I was treated with respect. There was no haggling. I asked for the best and final price and got it. After that, I asked for a price for my trade-in. Again, no haggling.I had already taken my car to CarMax for a quote, and Valley Honda came back with the same price, within $100. They didn’t care if I traded in my car or not. My salesperson, Pat Malik, was outstanding. He was beyond knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He kept saying, “I want you to be happy!” and I am! The service department is the best too! I have had all my cars serviced there for routine maintenance. I cannot promote them enough. So…when you are ready to buy a Honda, don’t go anywhere, except Valley Honda, and ask for Pat Malik. He has been there for 30 years!

Valley Honda with John Griffin - Yes, you heard me. I mean you read me(One Of The Best). Me and my wife bought two vehicles from Valley Honda already. One 2018 Honda CRV Touring and now the most gorgeous 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid/Sports/Touring. If you are looking for one of the best, very helpful personnel and very professional at Valley Honda, John is one of them. When we first bought our CRV from Honda Valley, John had been very helpful and always keep us updated on status. And here it is, the second purchase, we looked for John and wala !!! Very smooth and no stress again !! Woo Hoo !! and we got what we really wanted. John made sure that we get what we really wanted and not just sell one that is on parking lot OR display. John showed us features in and out of the CRV. And he can even remember the comparison of our 2018 to the one that we just bought. I could not even remember all of it but John took his time to show us everything. Another good thing about John is if he is not sure about the answer, he does not make up things and he get back to us with answer which is what we really like with John. If we have questions, he answered it with ease and no doubt. Thank you John for every thing to make me and my wife with so easy and non-stressful purchase. We really do appreciate you John and Honda Valley for having you in their team. One last thing. Folks, if you are looking for the best dealer, don't look any where else. Go to Aurora Honda Valley. From Sales, their Service and I am sure all of them, they are all great and excellent source to make you feel comfortable in every visit. I also love their free Star Buck coffee. If you are not sure, try to visit them and you will feel the difference as soon as you get in their door. They don't follow you like others and talk you to buy. Wonderful place!! Always helpful and ready to please their customers. We have been customers since 2008 and have never had a bad experience with them. From finance, sales, and service every employee has been the best. Umesh Kapoor, you were wonderful to work with and so kind and helpful. We want to give a shout-out to all the people in the background...the porters, service center guys, the receptionists, the people that keep the lounge area clean and the coffee hot... Overall, the best place we have ever purchased a vehicle.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience! Jackson went above and beyond to help both my sister and me as we each bought cars in the same week. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and—surprisingly—enjoyable. Even though we already knew exactly what we wanted, he made sure everything was handled seamlessly and took care of all the details. He was patient, attentive, and made us feel like valued customers every step of the way. Overall, I was really impressed with the dealership and the experience as a whole. This was my first time trading in a Honda Civic for a Accord Hybrid. MeKenna and Luis understood this and were very professional and patient while working with me. Whatever they communicated over email is what I got to see in person on the invoice too, no pressure or no add ons unless i asked for it. I am very happy with the final OTD price that I got my new car for. Given the efforts they took to make this process smooth, while maintaining integrity & transparency, I do not regret driving 120+ miles to get my new car!

The whole process was problem free and we had a great time interacting with her. The dealership is very nicely set up for a great customer experience. Clean, comfortable, and no sales pressure. Their pricing is very fair,and I got a great deal on my trade in . The service department is incredible. Never saw anything like it. It's like an assembly line for service. In and out in no time and the work is done correctly. Even a courtesy shuttle to a restaurant while your car is being worked on. I drove 1.5 hours from home to buy my car here. It's THAT good!

With the weather today and I my drive home is about 50 mins. He keep that Amazing positive attitude and spoke to me as a person. I explain in great detail about the HONDA Blades and he said we can put news today (right now). He walked me over to the Parts Department. Were I meet another Amazing person Jose Barrera. He went over everything making me account, so when I come in for anything on my car there will be documentation on file about all the work.
