Valley Honda is Here to Serve You

The Valley Honda team will be here to serve you as we, together, navigate the challenges of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our state, our nation, and throughout the world. We have always been focused on keeping our facilities spotlessly clean and beautiful, and many of you have kindly commented over the years about the manner in which we maintain our facilities. I am writing to let you know that, in addition to maintaining our facilities in spotless condition, we are implementing each of the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and have reviewed these recommendations with all Valley Honda team members.

1. Service Drive: When entering the Service Drive, all of our associates will be wearing masks, and we ask all our clients to wear masks as well. At each station we have plexi-glass dividers, bottles of hand sanitizer and separate pen holders for “Sanitized” and “Used” pens to for the safety of our clients.

Before your vehicle is moved, our service porters will cover your seat, floor, steering wheel and shifter with protective plastic covers for your protection. These covers will remain in your vehicle until the service is complete and your vehicle is returned to you.

2. Waiting Areas: We have reduced the number of seating inside to allow for social distancing of 6 feet. Our Concierges are constantly cleaning and sanitizing the seating and waiting area as clients come and go. For those who are more comfortable with outdoor seating, we have increased the number of available seats outside on our front patio.

3. Cashiers’ Desk/Parts Counter: We also have the plexi-glass dividers and bottles of hand sanitizer at both the Cashiers’ Desk and Parts Counter.

4. Shuttle Van: For our clients who would feel more comfortable waiting at home or at work while their Honda is being serviced, we have three shuttle vans that run throughout the day to drop off and pick up our clients (within 15 mins of driving distance from Valley Honda).
